If you ever get to Thailand, visit us in Bangkok at Krua Sang Dao (Starlight Kitchen), or sign up for a couple days of cooking classes in our kitchen with one of the neighborhood's celebrated chefs...he's the only one celebrating. Northeastern (Isan) dishes along with the typical Thai fare. In the mean time, much continued success. We do a seasonal running of the water buffaloes...much like Pamplona, only in the mud with San Vermin. Huge fun. We also serve Beerlao, SE Asia's finest. Best.
